• Mobile home park neighbors say trucks create noise at all hours, but city says business is within code (cleveland19.com) — Streetsboro residents in the Camelot Village mobile home park say truck traffic and loading at neighboring Restaurant Depot create loud noise from early morning into the night, disrupting sleep. City officials, including Mayor Glenn Broska, acknowledge the concerns but say the business is operating within long-standing industrial zoning rules set more than 20 years ago.

• Portage County property tax bills delayed over software update (record-courier.com) — Streetsboro property owners will see only negligible savings from Ohio’s new property tax credit changes, but their second-half bills will arrive late. Portage County’s payment deadline is pushed back to Aug. 31 while software is updated to calculate the new credits, and homeowners won’t face penalties for waiting to pay. Escrowed taxpayers should see no disruption.
