• Two highway projects show progress (delgazette.com) — Drivers around Sunbury will see major changes as the new Sunbury Parkway interchange over I-71 takes shape, with beams already set and ramp work underway toward a Fall 2027 completion. The $31.9 million project, coordinated with Sunbury and nearby townships, aims to ease congestion at U.S. 36/SR 37 and improve east‑west travel, while revamped Delaware rest areas are slated to open in fall 2026.
