• Book Nook: 'A Brief History of Hugh Taylor Birch and Helen Birch Bartlett' by Eric Johnson (wyso.org) — Yellow Springs readers get a reminder that Glen Helen exists thanks to the generosity of philanthropist Hugh Taylor Birch, who bought and preserved land next to Antioch College before deeding it as a nature preserve honoring his daughter Helen. A new book explores the father-daughter duo’s lasting impact on local conservation and the art world, and is featured on WYSO’s Book Nook program. 
• Radio history, returned (ysnews.com) — Yellow Springs’ own WYSO hosted a ceremony returning digitized archives from Central State’s WCSU radio station, underscoring deep ties between Yellow Springs and Wilberforce in education and activism. Local archivist Jocelyn Robinson’s HBCU Radio Preservation Project is helping historically Black colleges safeguard decades of community voices, turning fragile tapes and memories into a lasting, accessible record of Black radio history.
