He also helped launch the popular Festival of Lights and says Ardmore’s future remains bright as new industries arrive and assistant city managers prepare to step up. 
• Delta Dental program delivers $213,000 in free dental care (journalrecord.com) — Ardmore students benefited directly from Delta Dental of Oklahoma’s Cavity Prevention Clinic, which brought free screenings, sealants, and fluoride treatments to Charles Evans Elementary and other Ardmore Public Schools. The program delivered more than $213,000 in preventive dental care statewide to second-graders at high-need campuses, aiming to boost kids’ health and classroom success.
• Sally Ann Southerland Lewis (davisnewspaper.net) — Family and friends in Ardmore are mourning Sally Ann Southerland Lewis, a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and former Marietta city councilwoman with several close relatives living in Ardmore. The longtime Ringling Sportswear leader and Davis resident is remembered for her deep love of family, community service, and joyful travels, with memorial services set for June 12 in Davis.
