Spencer Kern now supports making Oklahoma’s school cellphone ban permanent after hearing positive feedback from his local superintendents. The bill, which has limited phone use statewide this school year, passed the Senate with bipartisan support and now returns to the House, potentially shaping future classroom rules for Duncan students and teachers.
