ā¢ Arcadia Lake shooting: 2 more suspects charged in āpremeditated plan for retaliation' (nondoc.com) ā Edmond police and Oklahoma County prosecutors have filed multiple serious felony charges, including first-degree murder, against suspects in the May 3 Arcadia Lake shooting that killed an 18-year-old and injured many others. Edmond Police say they have made four arrests so far, are still seeking additional suspects, and plan to continue aggressively pursuing everyone involved.

ā¢ Police chase ends in Edmond after stolen van pursuit, suspect arrested (koco.com) ā A multi-city police pursuit of a stolen U-Haul ended in an Edmond neighborhood, where the suspect was ultimately arrested by Oklahoma City officers. ā¢ National Junior High, High School Finals rodeos coming to Lazy E in landmark 10-year agreement (guthrienewspage.com) ā Edmond is set to benefit economically as Lazy E Arena secures 10-year runs of both the National Junior High Finals Rodeo starting June 18, 2026, and the National High School Finals Rodeo beginning in 2030. With Edmond helping fund the successful bid, organizers expect millions in annual visitor spending and stronger recognition of central Oklahoma as a youth rodeo hub. Ā Ā Ā
