Plans include a new heavy-lift dock, rail and safety upgrades, and better stormwater drainage, backed largely by a federal grant. Oklahoma bill works to regulate pool contractors after FOX23 investigations into unfinished projects (fox23.com) ā A Muskogee homeowner is among several Green Country residents who say a Tulsa-area pool company took tens of thousands of dollars and left them with unfinished projects or big holes in their yards.
