• Boil water advisory issued for Lake Oswego neighborhood (kgw.com) — If you live in the affected Lake Oswego neighborhood outlined on the city's map, you're being asked to boil tap water for at least one minute before using it for drinking, cooking, or brushing teeth after a water main break on Del Prado. About 900 residents are impacted, and the city expects to resolve the issue within roughly 24 hours, notifying everyone once the advisory is lifted. 
• Lake Oswego residents transform home so it's environmentally sustainable (lakeoswegoreview.com) — A longtime Lake Oswego couple is methodically transforming their north-side home and lifestyle to be far more sustainable, from new solar panels and a heat pump to an EV and battery-powered yard tools. Through work with the Lake Oswego Sustainability Network and Electrify LO, they're showing neighbors how comfort, lower bills, and environmental benefits can go hand-in-hand, even on an older house.

- For those that read the saga of the fledgling Osprey whose initial attempt at aviating resulted in a crash landing on Chico's doorstep a couple of weeks ago …well as of lunchtime today there's a satisfying epilogue to pen.
I received a call from a young lady at the Wild Bird Alliance on Lovejoy ( where I'd taken Osbourne neé Chico … I never could quite settle on a name… (Nextdoor First Addition) - Lake Oswego has a great little used bookstore called The Booktique.
There are two locations and it's a non-profit used bookstore run by volunteers with all money raised supporting the Lake Oswego Library and special… (Nextdoor Forest Highlands)
