• Lake Oswego home is for sale for the first time in almost 100 years (lakeoswegoreview.com) — A historic 1929 Arts and Crafts-style home on Fairway Road in Lake Oswego, long known as the Boutwell House, is on the market for the first time in nearly a century. The 4,201-square-foot, National Register-listed property sits just north of Oswego Lake, with original woodwork, stone features, a large pool, and deep ties to generations of a prominent local family.
