• Oregon City in-home nurse accused of abusing 1-year-old patient (kptv.com) — Oregon City police have arrested a 33-year-old in-home nurse on accusations of repeatedly abusing a 1-year-old patient with complex medical needs, and investigators fear there may be additional victims. Residents who may have information are urged to call the department's tip line at 503-905-3505 and reference case number 26-018495, as detectives continue their investigation.
   

• Oregon high school football: 6A stat leaders (through Week 3) (wordpress.com) — Oregon City High football players are making a strong showing in the latest 6A statewide stats, with quarterback Mason Parmeter among the top passers and Kasen Saffer near the top in rushing yards and touchdowns. Several Pioneers defenders, including Brogan York, Jarrett Skinner, Wyatt Boeckel, D'Andre Napier and Ayden Scroggins, also rank among Oregon's leaders in tackles, tackles for loss, sacks and interceptions.
   

• Trenchless Technology Magazine Announces its 2026 Projects of the Year (trenchlesstechnology.com) — A major wastewater project in Oregon City has just been named Trenchless Technology's 2026 Project of the Year for New Installation, highlighting a new 90-inch outfall serving the area. The Tri-City Water Resource Recovery Facility work used advanced microtunneling under roads, parkland, utilities and the Willamette River, and involved regional partners including Clackamas Water Environment Services and engineering and construction firms.
