Players and coaches say their deep pitching staff and hot bats have them aiming for a standout season, one game at a time.

Update on the April 12 officer-involved shooting in the Brightwood area (clackamas.us) — West Linn and Lake Oswego police are leading the investigation into an April 12 officer-involved shooting near Brightwood, where a 19-year-old driver was killed after a high-speed chase and repeated claims he had a gun. The case, captured on body and dash cameras, will go before a Clackamas County grand jury to review officers’ use of deadly force.
