The resignations are tied to controversy over data center zoning and alleged too-close cooperation with developers. • Developer of Archbald power plant, data centers proposes three Dickson City power plants (thetimes-tribune.com) — A developer tied to Archbald’s proposed power plant and data centers is now also seeking approval for three additional power plants on Bell Mountain in Dickson City. Archbald council will hold a conditional use hearing on the roughly 400‑megawatt Eynon Jermyn Road power plant on April 27 at Valley View High School.
