Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Medical Biller and Surgical Scheduler at our Bensalem, PA location. The role involves managing insurance claims submissions, processing payments, and addressing claim denials. Additional responsibilities include scheduling surgical procedures, coordinating with patients and clinical staff, and ensuring adherence to insurance guidelines and medical billing policies. Front desk, phones and data entry is also apart of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Medical Terminology to ensure accurate communication and documentation
• Proficiency in managing Insurance claims, including Medicare-related processes
• Experience with ICD-10 coding and the ability to address Denials effectively
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in relevant medical billing software and systems
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting, particularly in medical billing and surgical scheduling, is preferred
• Tebra/Kareo EXPERIENCE ++; additional certification in medical billing or coding is a plus
• Medical Credentialing a plus ++++
