The vehicle was later recovered unoccupied on June 26 by the Philadelphia Police Department after police made numerous attempted traffic stops.

Crowder then returned to Faulkner Toyota on July 3 and attempted to gain entry into numerous vehicles on the property before triggering an alarm and fleeing, police said.

On Monday, police found Crowder inside a closed business in the Neshaminy Interplex.

Police said Crowder initially attempted to provide a false name. Police discovered that Crowder had an active arrest warrant out of Delaware County for drug possession.

Crowder was taken into custody without incident and was found to be in possession of controlled substances.

He is being held in the Bucks County Prison. He was arraigned with bail set at 10 percent of $200,000.
