• Food Tossed as Chester County Inspectors Flag Major Violations (mychesco.com) — Chester County’s latest health inspections found several serious food safety violations, but Papa John’s Pizza on Old Lancaster Road in Berwyn was listed as fully compliant. Inspectors ordered food tossed, equipment repaired, and staff retrained at multiple other restaurants, while a new Kennett Square event venue must fix issues before opening. Residents can also confidentially report unsanitary conditions to the county.
