Princess and Frogs Tea Party at Riverbend Environmental Education Center - Gladwyne, PA

A traditional afternoon tea service hosted by Riverbend's Princesses and Tree Frogs on Saturday, March 7th.

Riverbend Environmental Education Center proudly announces the 2026 date for its popular family friendly Princess and Frogs Tea Party. The Tea Party will take place on Saturday, March 7th from 2-4pm, teatime!

The event blends education about frogs and amphibian conservation with a magical afternoon tea party designed for both children and adults to enjoy. Guests will visit with Riverbend’s White’s Tree Frogs and then meet some very special princesses (who love frogs). The princesses will visit with guests as they enjoy tea party sandwiches and scones provided by Common Grounds Catering and sip on teas provided by eco-conscious and locally owned Brewtay. Dishes and silverware are being loaned by SHIFT Sustainable Goods & Services in Narberth. “We are excited to feature businesses that have a commitment to sustainability at this event and we are thrilled to be hosting an educational tea party that adults can share with the special young people in their lives,” remarked Erin Reilly, Executive Director at Riverbend Environmental Education Center.

The Princess and Frogs Tea Party will take place in Riverbend’s Snider Barn on the 30-acre nature preserve. The tea party ticket includes food, beverage, a meet and greet with the princess and the frogs, photo opportunities and a sing-along. Tickets are $35 per person (adult or child). For more information or to register for the event, guests should visit the event web page. Questions can be directed to Felicia Acconciamessa, Public Programs Coordinator, at facconciamessa@riverbendeec.org.
