• Pedestrian cited after being seriously injured in Lancaster County car crash: police (local21news.com) — A 24-year-old woman from Columbia, Pa., was driving a car that struck and seriously injured a 21-year-old Lancaster man on Lititz Pike in Manheim Township Wednesday night. Police say a witness indicated the pedestrian was at fault, and he was cited for failing to use a crosswalk, while the Columbia driver will not face charges.
