• Where to find frozen soft serve margaritas around Philadelphia (inquirer.com) — Conshohocken drinkers can now try rotating soft serve margarita flavors at The Rabbit Hole on West Sixth Avenue, with options like strawberry, creamsicle, blackberry, and vanilla. The $17 cocktails are served in martini glasses, may soon include a dairy-free version, and staff suggest calling ahead to check the flavor of the day.
   

• Upper Gwynedd becomes latest township to work to get data center rules on the books (northpennnow.com) — A proposed data center in Conshohocken was denied last year after resident pushback, and now nearby Upper Gwynedd is moving to formally regulate where and how such facilities can be built. Township officials there are advancing an ordinance limiting data centers to industrial zones, requiring utility impact studies, and capping noise at 60 decibels at property boundaries.
