HS Football: Matta reaches milestone as D-East cruises (dailylocal.com) — Downingtown East coach Mike Matta earned his 200th career victory Friday as the unbeaten Cougars opened the district playoffs with a 42-12 win over Harry S. Truman. Matta, who plans to retire after this season, now faces a rematch with Coatesville, which East beat by three points two weeks ago.

What Jefferson's Pottstown Medical Specialists Deal Means for Western Montco Patients (vista.today) — Pottstown Medical Specialists patients could see their doctors join Jefferson under a proposed bankruptcy sale targeting a January 1, 2027, closing. No competing bidders emerged, and the report says nothing changes immediately for patients. The practice serves Pottstown, Collegeville, Boyertown and Royersford, with court approval still pending in the account.
