The Ann Silverman Community Health Clinic is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team full time.

What You Will Do
You will support our clinical team in delivering patient centered care across a diverse population. Responsibilities include patient intake and vital signs, clinical support during visits, medication coordination and education, care coordination and follow up, and supporting medical providers in a collaborative environment.

Who You Are
You are a licensed LPN in Pennsylvania who is compassionate, adaptable, and team oriented. You have a heart for serving vulnerable populations and are comfortable working in a diverse, multicultural setting.
