Fred Beans Wins "Best Places To Work" Award For 8th Consecutive Year

DOYLESTOWN, PA — Fred Beans Automotive Group has earned its eighth Best Places to Work recognition from the Philadelphia Business Journal.

The Doylestown-based company first participated in the contest in 2019 and has since secured a spot annually among the Greater Philadelphia Region’s Best Places to Work.

“Our winning streak is a reflection of our ‘Better at Beans’ culture,” said Beth Beans Gilbert, vice president of Fred Beans Automotive Group. “We prioritize both professional and personal development so our team can continue to grow with us, make meaningful contributions to our organization and take pride in their efforts.”

Opportunities exist for Fred Beans team members to participate in Dale Carnegie leadership training and the NADA Dealer Academy, in addition to undergraduate and graduate education programs.

In partnership with Bucks County Community College, the automotive group also offers a customized leadership training program, the Fred Beans Leadership Academy, for employees who have potential to move into a leadership role or have recently taken on a new role.

To support employees beyond technical and professional skill development, the Fred Beans Automotive Group offers a Healthy Living Program. Led by a designated wellness coordinator, the program includes a range of online and in-person resources for physical and mental health, company-wide fitness challenges, and individualized fitness and nutrition consultations to support employees based on their comfort levels and goals.

The Philadelphia Business Journal and Quantum Workplace, a provider of employee engagement software, partner each year to compile the list of Best Places to Work honorees. Placement on the list is based on findings from an employee survey distributed to contest participants. Questions cover a range of topics including work environment, support of personal growth, benefits and trust in senior leadership.
