Lenape Chamber Continues Summer Gala Concert Series This Weekend

Musicians will be performing works by Schubert, Dohnányi and Schumann inside the Life Sciences auditorium at DelVal University.

DOYLESTOWN, PA —The Lenape Chamber Ensemble continues its 39th season of Summer Gala Concerts this weekend with world-class musicians performing inside Delaware Valley University’s Life Sciences Auditorium in Doylestown.

On Saturday, July 18, at 8 p.m., the Lenape Chamber Ensemble performs works by Schubert, Dohnányi and Schumann. The musicians featured are violinists Cyrus Beroukhim and Anna Elashvili, violist William Frampton, cellist Alberto Parrini and pianist Marcantonio Barone.

The series continues on Saturday, July 25 at 8 p.m., with guest musicians from the Philadelphia Orchestra playing selections from Mozart, Milhaud and Dvořák. The artists include violinists Christine Lim and Julia Li, violist Burchard Tang, cellist Yumi Kendall and ensemble members Nancy Bean and Marcantonio Barone.
