• Gather Place Brings Powerful Living History to 3 Bucks County Venues This October (bucksco.today) — Doylestown residents can catch a special "Remember the Ladies 2026" performance at the Mercer Museum on October 24, highlighting women who helped shape America. The same group also brings Harriet Tubman programs to Yardley and Richboro, offering powerful, live storytelling that connects Black and women's history to our shared national story.
   

• The screening of a Bucks County-set documentary series was cancelled last month. It is now available to stream on PBS. (inquirer.com) — A new PBS-streaming docuseries, "Bucks County, USA," focuses heavily on Doylestown and the Central Bucks School District to explore recent school board battles and political polarization. Filmed from 2022 to 2025, it captures heated meetings, local families on opposite sides, and familiar spots like the Oscar Hammerstein Museum, offering residents a close look at how national culture wars played out here.
