Witches Ride To Pedal Through Doylestown

DOYLESTOWN BOROUGH, PA — The witches of Doylestown will ditch their broomsticks for bicycles for Doylestown's annual Witches’ Ride on Saturday, October 24.

Hosted by the Doylestown Borough Recreation Department, the event involves costumed cyclists taking to the streets of Doylestown Borough for a slow, four-mile ride through town.

All proceeds from the witches ride will go to Bike Doylestown programs and Doylestown Pump Track/Chapman Trails maintenance. Registration is not refundable.

The event is for witches (and warlocks) 18 and older. Every rider must be registered and sign the waiver. All riders must check in to ride. All proceeds from the witches ride will go to Bike Doylestown programs and Doylestown Pump Track/Chapman Trails maintenance. Registration is not refundable.

Participants should dress as witches or warlocks. Broomsticks should not be part of the costume (the bike is the broomstick) and costumes should be secured so nothing gets caught in the bike wheels or chain.

Only pedal-assist e-bikes will be allowed, no throttles.
