• Here's how food charity Blessings of Hope evaded foreclosure but still has debt issues (lancasteronline.com) — Blessings of Hope currently operates a freezing and dehydrating facility in an East Petersburg building owned by its new lender, Corbett & Rohrer LLC, tying the borough directly to the charity’s financial reshuffling. The nonprofit avoided foreclosure on its main Warwick Township warehouse through new mortgages and a pending property sale, but still faces millions in debt and must eventually relocate key operations while trying to stay in Lancaster County.
