Eat, Sip, Shop: New Lehigh Valley event venue to feature renovated, original speakeasy (wfmz.com) — A new Easton Speakeasy & Dining Room is opening at 431 Northampton Street, offering drag brunches, holiday cabarets, and private event rentals in a restored Prohibition-era speakeasy. The roundup also highlights other nearby openings, from Plants + Coffee's expansion on Northampton Street to new restaurants and breweries across the Lehigh Valley that Easton residents can easily visit.
   

2. Will a scaled-down Easton Winter Village work? (lehighvalleylive.com) — Downtown Easton's popular Winter Village is being significantly scaled back this year, with vendor huts cut from 33 to 12 and a new focus on food vendors in a nearby lot. City leaders, merchants, and organizers are split over whether this change will better support local shops or weaken a beloved Centre Square holiday tradition, and residents will see new scavenger hunts and expanded holiday lighting downtown.
   

3.
