Attorneys for developer Abrams Realty and the township clashed over traffic, sewage, emergency services, and community concerns, and residents now await a ruling that could reshape Exton’s core commercial area.
   

• Malvern School caregiver, 46, charged with assault of girl, 4, in Uwchlan (dailylocal.com) — A caregiver at the Malvern School’s Lionville location on Ruark Drive in Exton has been charged with felony child endangerment after an alleged incident involving a 4‑year‑old in early March. Police say video captured the conduct, the employee has been fired, and the case is now headed to Chester County Court, while the family is represented by a West Chester law firm.
