• Head-On Crash With Entrapment Closes Black Gap Road, Patient Airlifted In Greene Township (dailyvoice.com) — Fayetteville-area drivers should avoid Black Gap Road near Byers Road after a serious head-on crash left one person trapped and airlifted to a trauma center, with the road closed for an extended investigation. Fayetteville Volunteer Fire Department crews led the rescue, assisted by West End Fire & Rescue, while state police handle the ongoing crash investigation.
