• North East's Grychowski named 2025 coach of the year by NWPFCA (yourerie.com) — Girard football fans can celebrate assistant coach Andrew “Gert” Angert being named the Pat Czytuck Assistant Coach of the Year by the Northwest Pennsylvania Football Coaches Association. The same group also honored North East head coach Chris Grychowski as its 2025 Coach of the Year after a strong playoff run last fall.
