ā¢ Missing 14-Year-Old Caleb Carmelo Last Seen in Shoemakersville, Police Seek Help (theunionstar.com) ā Police based in Hamburg are urgently searching for 14-year-old Caleb Carmelo, last seen Monday evening near Pine Street in Shoemakersville. Troopers are asking anyone in the HamburgāShoemakersville area with tips or relevant camera footage from April 13 to contact the Hamburg barracks or call emergency services immediately.

ā¢ Rodent droppings abound during Berks food safety inspections (readingeagle.com) ā Recent state food safety inspections found mostly minor issues at several Hamburg businesses, including J A Buffet, a Pottsville Pike gas station, and Loveās Travel Stop/McDonaldās. Most violations involved cleaning, pest control, or storage problems that were either corrected on-site or will require follow-up, while several other Hamburg locations passed with no violations. ā¢ Hamburg softball has won 10-of-11 following easy win over Tulpehocken (wfmz.com) ā Hamburg Highās softball team continued its hot streak at Hawk Hill, routing Tulpehocken 10-0 in a cross-division Berks County matchup. With strong home runs from Anastasia Smith and Molly Krick and dominant pitching by Ava Epting, Hamburg has now won 10 of its last 11 games. Ā Ā Ā
