Courtney Lill Celebrates Five-Year Milestone as Executive Director at The Terraces at Capitol Village

In 2021, Courtney Lill stepped into the executive director role at The Terraces at Capitol Village in Harrisburg, Pa. (then known as The Jewish Home of Greater Harrisburg). Five years later, her dedication and guidance have helped to shape a stronger and more successful community – one that residents are proud to call home.

Under Lill’s leadership, The Terraces at Capitol Village earned the 2025 Bronze – Commitment to Quality Award from the American Health Care Association and National Center for Assisted Living (AHCA/NCAL) for its dedication to improving the lives of residents; the community can now move forward to pursue the Silver-level distinction. Additionally, Lill was recognized as a 2025 Rising Star by the Pennsylvania Health Care Association, and recently received a Community Leadership Award from Marquis Health Consulting Services, honoring her dedication to residents, families and staff.

In her tenure at the senior living community, Lill has helped Capitol leverage expanded resources and elevate standards to strengthen operations and improve the resident experience. “Courtney’s leadership has set the tone for the success we see at The Terraces at Capitol Village today,” said Alan Eserner, vice president of operations at Marquis Health Consulting Services, which supports The Terraces at Capitol Village. “She continues to lead with heart, vision and purpose, and we are proud to celebrate five years of her unwavering dedication to this community and its residents.”
