Police have charged three men, including two recently paroled for earlier Harrisburg shootings, with attempted homicide and gun offenses, and they remain at large. Harrisburg ordered to remove speed humps or risk losing state funding (fox43.com) — Harrisburg has been ordered by PennDOT to remove recently installed speed humps or risk losing key state funding for street maintenance and repairs.
