• Ruth M. (Myers) Gerding, 68, of Durham Twp. (Obituary Brought to You by Heintzelman Funeral Home) (sauconsource.com) — Family and friends in Hellertown are mourning Ruth M. Gerding, whose children live in town and whose memorial gathering will be held Sept. 12 at the Carriage House at Heintzelmans on Main Street. The 68-year-old Durham Township resident is remembered as a loving, social, and generous woman devoted to family and animals.
