Toll Brothers Acquires 50-Acre Parcel In Horsham: Report

The parcel, which will be transformed into luxury homes, sits across from the popular Kohler Farms on Limekiln Pike.

HORSHAM TOWNSHIP, PA — A 50-acre parcel across from a popular township farm has been acquired by Toll Brothers, according to a report.

Toll Brothers, the Fort Washington-based homebuilder, is paying $11.7 million for the property on Limekiln Pike with approval for 34 luxury homes, the Philadelphia Business Journal reported.

The property is across from Kohler Farms, a popular place throughout the year, especially for pumpkin picking around Halloween.

That site came out of the redevelopment of the 193‑acre former Limekiln Golf Course.
