They did find Abbruzzi in violation of statutes regarding Disorderly Conduct and Public Drunkenness.

As they attempted to take her into custody, she kicked an officer in the leg. She was able to be secured in handcuffs and as she was being placed in the back of the patrol vehicle, she attempted to kick the same officer in the chest.

As she was being seat belted into the patrol vehicle, she attempted for a third time to kick the same officer, this time in the face, police said.

She was arraigned on Monday. Bail was set at $1,000. A preliminary hearing is pending.
