• Huntingdon hosts Juneteenth celebration (altoonamirror.com) — Huntingdon residents can look forward to the annual Juneteenth Celebration at Portstown Park on Saturday, June 27, from noon to 5 p.m., featuring live music, storytelling, and plenty of food. Organized by the Huntingdon County Juneteenth Celebration Committee, the free event continues a local tradition that began in 2010 and now welcomes the wider community to learn, celebrate, and connect.

• A partial closure of Raystown Lake starts today: What boaters need to know (pennlive.com) — Boaters on Raystown Lake in Huntingdon County should be aware that the area downstream of Mile Marker 1 is closed to boat traffic June 11–23 while crews repair aging dam equipment. Most of the lake remains open, but officials are limiting wakes near the work zone to protect workers and keep the long-running flood-control project in good shape.

• Overdose Prevention Program is expanding in rural counties (timesobserver.com) — Huntingdon residents now have broader access to free naloxone through the Juniata Valley Tri-County Drug & Alcohol Commission, part of Pennsylvania’s expanding Overdose Prevention Program.
