• Middletown officials to consider a repeal of the backyard chicken ban (phillyburbs.com) — Langhorne Borough and Langhorne Manor already allow backyard chickens, and their rules are being used as examples as Middletown Township reconsiders its own ban. A public planning commission meeting on June 3 will explore zoning changes that could let more residents keep hens on smaller residential lots. Officials are actively seeking resident feedback before any final decisions are made.
