• Manheim Township robotics team wins state championship, aims for world title (wgal.com) — Manheim Township students on robotics Team 25650 just captured the Pennsylvania state championship and are now headed to the world competition in Texas, currently ranked 51st globally. The mostly eighth-grade, girl-led team, formed to fill a local robotics gap, is using its success to promote STEM and challenge gender stereotypes while representing Manheim Township on an international stage.
   

• Lancaster man seriously injured after being hit by vehicle was at fault, police say (abc27.com) — Manheim Township Police say a Lancaster man seriously hurt after being hit by a vehicle on Lititz Pike Wednesday night was at fault for suddenly entering the road outside a crosswalk. The driver, who had just left a nearby business, was not injured but their vehicle was damaged and towed. Police also interviewed a witness and issued the pedestrian a citation.
   

• Former Lancaster Township man gets lengthy prison sentence for stealing from 93 victims (lancasteronline.com) — A man has been sentenced to decades in state prison for a large series of thefts and burglaries across Lancaster County, including in Manheim Township. Investigators say he targeted cars, homes, and garages, stealing tools, electronics, firearms, and personal items from 93 victims. The lengthy sentence aims to keep local communities safer after what police described as calculated, large‑scale criminal activity.
