• 5 charged in Nether Providence $60,000 fraud of senior citizen (delcotimes.com) — Local readers should know that a four-month Nether Providence police investigation has led to felony warrants for five people accused of draining nearly $60,000 from a senior's TD Bank account, including a suspect already charged with defrauding Media Little League. Authorities say the same woman is wanted in multiple states, and the Delaware County Criminal Investigation Division links her to forged league checks allegedly washed and redeposited.
