• Penncrest Is One Of PA's Top 50 High Schools, Per U.S. News (patch.com) — Families in Media can celebrate Penncrest High School's recognition as one of Pennsylvania's top 50 public high schools, ranking 46th statewide and 1,266th nationally in U.S. News & World Report's 2026-2027 list. The school's strong AP participation, 97 percent graduation rate, and above-average Keystone Exam scores drove its performance, while the article also notes ongoing debate over how such rankings weigh test scores and privilege.
