• Amenities of new Steel Valley Elementary School garners ‘tremendous' excitement (triblive.com) — Families in Munhall will see a big change this fall as Steel Valley opens its new PreK-5 elementary school on August 31, consolidating Park and Barrett into one modern campus on East Oliver Road. The building adds features like a STREAM lab, outdoor learning patios, sensory rooms, and a secure playground, and Munhall’s mayor says the project is already generating major excitement and could help attract families back to the district.
