Local leaders like New Kensington resident Melvin Smith and the Willie Thrower Foundation are using the moment, plus a Heinz History Center exhibit, to spotlight Throwerās legacy and inspire young quarterbacks from the Valley.

ā¢ PI investigating Cherrie Mahan disappearance says he spoke with witnesses (butlereagle.com) ā A man from New Kensington has been named by a private investigator as someone who allegedly discussed family involvement in the 1985 disappearance of Cherrie Mahan, though he denies direct involvement.
