Beach Boys To Perform At The Newtown Athletic Club

The iconic musical group that has defined generations with its iconic California beach sound will be performing at the NAC in May.

NEWTOWN TOWNSHIP, PA — Can you feel it?

The “Good Vibrations” are already being felt over the latest announcement by Newtown Athletic Club owner Jim Worthington.

On Thursday, Worthington announced in a video social post that the Beach Boys will be bringing their iconic California beach sound to the NAC for a free members-only poolside concert in May.

“We are blessed to have the most amazing summer band in the history of rock music, the unbelievable, best-selling American group of all time - the fabulous Beach Boys,” said Worthington in his announcement.

The Beach Boys are scheduled to perform live at the Newtown Athletic Club on May 27, rain or shine. The poolside concert and party are free and open to members only (ages 21 and older). While the concert is free, tickets are required.

The group will be bringing to Newtown a sound that has defined generations and shaped music forever. They will be performing such iconic hits as “Good Vibrations,” “California Girls,” “Surfin’ USA,” “Wouldn’t It Be Nice,” and more.

“Join us for a night that will go down in NAC history as one of Bucks County’s most iconic events,” said Worthington. “It will be a night everyone will be talking about.”

Tickets will go live on Monday at 1 p.m. on the NAC app.
