• Grey Stone Owner Seeks Zoning Relief to Save Newtown Restaurant (bucksco.today) — Grey Stone Fine Food and Spirits on Washington Crossing Road in Newtown could see big changes as owner Brandon Smith seeks zoning relief to subdivide the historic property. His plan would create a homesite for his family on the grounds and add a Kiddie Academy childcare center across the road, but multiple variances on lot size, coverage, and environmental rules still stand between Newtown officials and any final decision.
