• Newtown Sewer Board Votes 6-0 to Sell Plant Site (lowerbuckstimes.com) — Newtown's sewer authority has agreed to sell its 17.5-acre Lower Silver Lake Road site for $11.5 million, the same price it paid to condemn the land. The deal still needs township approvals, but more than 30,000 Newtown-area customers are watching closely to see whether the sale eventually lowers their sewer bills.
