• Residential Development Proposed at Newtown Square Coporate Campus (delco.today) — A major plan could transform part of the Newtown Square Corporate Campus into 242 age-restricted homes, replacing three underused office buildings just south of West Chester Pike. Media-based Henderson Group proposes 50 townhomes and 192 apartments for residents 55 and older, aiming to meet strong downsizing demand. Construction could start in mid-2027 if approvals move forward.
   

• All the big events coming to Philadelphia this summer (audacy.com) — Newtown Square’s Aronimink Golf Club will host the 2026 PGA Championship May 11–17, drawing over 200,000 spectators and bringing major traffic, transit, and business impacts to the area.
