Man Wanted For Sodomy Of Mentally-Challenged Child Captured In Norristown: Feds
US Marshals captured the man Friday afternoon.
NORRISTOWN, PA — A man wanted by federal authorities for sexual assault crimes was captured in Norristown on Friday afternoon, officials announced.
Rodney Harris, 53, was found by US Marshals on the 100 block of Selma Street.
Marshals shared a video of them escorting a shirtless and handcuffed Harris off a front porch and toward a waiting vehicle.

Harris is charged with aggravated sexual battery and sodomy of a mentally challenged juvenile, according to court documents.
The incidents occurred in Chesterfield County, Virginia. Harris fled the state after a warrant was issued for his arrest on May 18.

Harris will be extradited to Virginia. A preliminary hearing is forthcoming.
