'No Kings' Event In Norristown Aims To Protect Voting Rights
Organizers say "the regime...will be stoking chaos and confusion" ahead of the midterm elections.
NORRISTOWN, PA — The group behind the massive "No Kings" nationwide protests against President Trump is putting together an event this month in Norristown.
The Oct. 17 event is billed as a non-partisan rally to raise awareness of registering to vote ahead of the midterm elections.
"Since it’s pretty much guaranteed that the regime will be stoking chaos and confusion before, on, and after November 3rd, we'll also share options to peacefully help protect our right to vote, safeguard our votes and ensure the result is respected," organizers shared.
