Those of you who have followed the Souderton filmmaker’s story know that he and his wife Kathi have been willing to look outside the box in dealing with his metastatic prostate cancer. After being diagnosed with Stage 4 cancer four years ago, he has turned his cameras on himself to help others – both cancer patients and those who need to understand the steps you can take to help prevent it. At times, it is a difficult story that also has its moments of joy.
You’ll travel with Peters as he tries conventional and investigational treatments at the premier of his film “Three Words: A Couple’s Journey from Cancer to Wholeness” when it debuts at 7 pm Thursday, Sept. 24 at LCBC church, 100 Main St., Harleysville. Tickets are $10.
