Giant Eagle Again Offering Customers Free Thanksgiving Turkeys

PITTSBURGH, PA — Giant Eagle once again is giving shoppers a chance to earn a free frozen turkey ahead of Thanksgiving.

Customers who spend $350 on qualifying purchases at Giant Eagle and Market District stores between Oct. 15 and Nov. 8 will get the free frozen turkey.

The promotion follows Giant Eagle’s 2025 campaign in which the grocery chain gave away more than 100,000 free turkeys, according to a release from the supermarket chain.

Shoppers can redeem their free turkey as soon as they reach the $350 spending level. The redemption period runs through Nov. 30.

Customers who earn a turkey can also choose to donate it directly to a local Feeding America food bank.
